I cannot wait for college. I went to American tonight to see Matt Nathanson play. They have this thing stage set up in their cafeteria with a nice sound system and everything. Problem is the sound crew is horrible. I’m nervous because I’m going to school there for sound next year. I really hope they weren’t students in that program. The show was really good, and Matt got so frustrated with the sound he ended up just unplugging his guitar and standing on an amp and playing kumbaya style.

+++ title = “04” date = 2003 +++ Today was most definetely a gorgeous day. School got over at like 11:40, but we didn’t do anything in chambers really, so 5th and 6th period really dragged on. Nothing really important happened today in school. Yesterday I sang for the entire school, a song I wrote for the Every 15 Mins program. I don’t think anyone really cared about the song, which is fine, I woudln’t have cared either if I was in the audience.

Strangely enough I’m in a bad mood. Mainly because I’m tired right now. Partly because I just finished watching some depressing TV drama called Miracles. It’s become an obsession, I watch it every time there is a new episode. I don’t think I ever got around to writing about closing night. But I didn’t cry. A few people did, and it’s understandable, but it’s taking a while for things to hit me that way nowadays.

+++ title = “03” date = 2003 +++ Tonight will be my last Wootton show ever. As one would expect, I’m nervous, sad, and really excited about giving one more hurrah on the Woottton Stage. It’s been such a fun ride. The past two shows have been very long nights, with lots and lots of events. Thursday night someone from the cast fainted because I guess she was stressed, and was feelin’ light headed.

I think this is mainly due to the fact that Billy, Jon, PJ, and I left school around 4th period to go to McDonalds. A day well spent, because in the words of Billy… McDonald’s is the shit. We saw all the QO kids there on their open lunch break.
